Broccoli Tots

A vegetarian healthy snack that kids would love and adults would welcome with a summery cocktails. The leftovers can be refrigerated and reheat in the grill.

What you need:
A food processor if you have one (Just add everything in it)

2 Cups Broccoli (Blanched, drained the water)
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/4 Cup Brown Onions (finely chopped)
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Salt
2/3 Cup Panko breadcrumbs (I use Rice Muesli)
1/3 Cheddar Cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celcius
  2. Shape the veggie mix into small balls or cubes
  3. Baked for 25 min or until brown
  4. Served with tomato sauce, chilli sauce 🙂
