A vegetarian healthy snack that kids would love and adults would welcome with a summery cocktails. The leftovers can be refrigerated and reheat in the grill.
What you need:
A food processor if you have one (Just add everything in it)
2 Cups Broccoli (Blanched, drained the water)
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/4 Cup Brown Onions (finely chopped)
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Salt
2/3 Cup Panko breadcrumbs (I use Rice Muesli)
1/3 Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celcius
- Shape the veggie mix into small balls or cubes
- Baked for 25 min or until brown
- Served with tomato sauce, chilli sauce 🙂
